The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and made you feel like you were visiting their home. I did not have breakfast, so I have no comment. Close to restaurants, Walmart, Sam's, etc. I was concerned about reviews at surrounding hotels about cars being broken into, cars stolen, and tires removed. They have a security guard from 10 to 7 in the parking lot, which is fenced on three sides. The security guard vehicle is very obvious with the yellow light strobeing when you enter the parking lot. The surrounding area is nice, and I did not feel uncomfortable at all being a female by myself.

I love the fact that every morning they had good hot breakfast. I also love that the staff is so respectful and positive. & this hotel is so clean! Smells good and everything and I love that they keep the breakfast room clean at all time no matter how many people are in there. I really rate this hotel a 10/10 I think it’s the best I’ve been to! The hotel was very accommodating in placing us near a ground floor exit so we could take our pets outside easily. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had several hot and cold options to choose from. Our room was very tidy, and I thought the layout was very functional. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I didn't plan this, but it was close to where our friends lived and easy to get to from the highway. This stay was a stop on the way to New Orleans, so we just needed a nice place to rest overnight before the big drive. Staff was friendly and we had a few good food options nearby.
